“The bART Center for Music has provided me with an amazing atmosphere in which to learn to play music and create in a way that I never would have experienced otherwise. In the ten years I attended, I made some of my longest-lasting friendships: hours of playing music with and in front of each other create a special bond between people.

My teachers were phenomenal, wanting me to be my best and encouraging me to make me want to get there as well. They gave me the tools to express the way I wanted to through music and taught me self-discipline, perseverance, and work ethic, all while teaching me to play the actual instrument.

This fall, I plan to attend Letourneau University in Longview, Texas to study Business Administration.”
