Our Fall Semester begins on Wednesday, August 30th and ends on Friday, December 8th. Lessons take palce once a week at the same recurring day and time.
When can I make a payment?
Payments should be made monthly on the 1st or 15th of each month. We do not accept payments by the lesson. No exceptions. Payments for the Fall Semester should be paid for in full by Friday, December 15th at the very latest.
How can I make a payment?
*Monday students will have one less lesson in the Fall Semester. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly.

Group classes are a flat rate and must be paid by the first class date. Group class tuition varies based on the duration of the class and materials needed. Tuition for the various group classes that we offer can be found here.
Financial aid can be provided to families in need based on a sliding scale, which considers household income and number of tax exemptions. To help us determine if you are eligible for financial aid, please fill out a form below. This form can be scanned and emailed to info@thebart.org or delivered by mail or in person. Please complete the entire application and attach the first page of most recently filed federal income tax form (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ). This information is confidential.
