“Before I came to the bART, I had very little musical experience, having played sports in my free time through elementary, middle, and high school. After deciding to stop playing baseball my sophomore year, I thought I’d try learning to play the guitar.

Since meeting Michael McClure and taking lessons from him, I find myself engrossed in playing music. Studying at the bART has been a wonderful experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything.

This fall, I’ll be attending the Colorado School of Mines, and hopefully continuing my musical studies while earning a degree in Electrical Engineering.”
